How do I send Evaboot leads to Apollo?
Connect Apollo from the Integrations page, then save the integration settings. Evaboot adds each lead as an Apollo contact linked to its company account, with no duplicates, and labels it with the export name.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- An Apollo account where you are an admin. You sign in to Apollo and approve Evaboot’s access on Apollo’s own page. No API key is needed.
- Apollo takes lead exports only. Account exports are not offered for Apollo.
Connect Apollo
Section titled “Connect Apollo”- Open Integrations and click New integration. If you have no integration yet, the tool cards show on the page directly.

- Click the Apollo card, then Connect Apollo.

- Approve the access on the Apollo page. You come back to the Apollo settings page.
Choose the settings
Section titled “Choose the settings”- Name the integration.
- Pick what to send under Send data from: Sales Navigator exports, URL enrichment, Email finder or Email verifier.
- Set the filters.
- Email filter: All emails, Safe emails only, or Found emails only.
- Qualification filter: All prospects, or Qualified only.
- Pick the trigger.
- Automatic: send when a job completes: each finished, unlocked export is sent. Under Send leads from, choose all exports, all recurring exports, specific recurring exports, or specific folders.
- Manual: only send when you trigger it: nothing is sent until you push an export yourself.
- Optional: Overwrite existing values with Evaboot data. Off, Evaboot only fills empty fields.
- Click Save. The integration appears on the Integrations page.
What Evaboot sends to Apollo
Section titled “What Evaboot sends to Apollo”- Contacts with first name, last name, job title, email, company name and LinkedIn URL.
- Accounts: one per company domain. A lead whose company has no domain gets no account.
- Every contact gets a label with the export name, so you can find the leads of one export in Apollo.
- Apollo deduplicates contacts itself. A contact that already exists gets the new label, and its empty fields are filled (or all fields, with overwrite on).
- A lead with no email and no LinkedIn URL is skipped: Apollo could not deduplicate it.
- Adding contacts to a sequence is up to you, in Apollo.
Send an export by hand
Section titled “Send an export by hand”On the export list, click + in the Push column of a finished export (Push this export) and pick your Apollo integration. The export must be unlocked first. Click the Apollo logo in the same cell to see the push log: created, updated, skipped and failed counts.
To send every run of a recurring export, pick the integration under Send new leads to when you set the schedule up.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- “Apollo’s API limit for your plan is reached. The push stopped here.”: your Apollo plan caps API use. Click Retry in the push log once the limit resets. Contacts already sent are not duplicated.
- “Reconnect Apollo in Evaboot to allow reading contacts and lists”: open the integration with Edit, click Disconnect at the bottom of the page, then connect Apollo again. Disconnecting deletes your Apollo integrations, so save them again after. If that does not help, your Apollo plan may not include API access.
- Reconnect shows in the Status column: Apollo no longer accepts the connection. Click Reconnect and approve the access again.
- “Apollo connection was cancelled or failed”: the approval on Apollo did not finish. Click Connect Apollo again.
- “Evaboot could not check that Apollo saved this contact”: push the export again. Apollo’s deduplication finds the contacts that did land.
- Apollo is missing from the + menu of an export: Apollo takes lead exports only, not account exports.
